BrowserZap

Terms of use

Draft, effective 23 October 2026. These terms will be finalised before BrowserZap Pro goes on sale.

The software

BrowserZap (the Chrome extension, the bridge and MCP server, and BrowserZap Pro) is proprietary software, licensed, not sold. You may use the Free plan at no charge within its published limits, and BrowserZap Pro with a valid licence for the plan and period you obtained. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, modify, or bypass its licence checks. Parts of BrowserZap are derived from open-source components (including Open Browser Control, MIT licence); those parts keep their own licences, listed with the software.

Plans and changes

What each plan includes, its limits and its price may change. We announce changes on this site before they take effect, and changes never apply retroactively to a Pro period you have already paid for.

You are in control, and responsible

BrowserZap acts in your browser on instructions from an AI agent that you choose and configure. You are responsible for what you ask it to do, for the sites you use it on, and for following those sites' terms. BrowserZap asks for your approval before actions it recognises as consequential (submitting, sending, deleting, paying), but it cannot recognise every risky action. Review what your agent does.

No warranty

BrowserZap is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including actions taken by an AI agent through it.

Pro licences

A Pro licence is for the plan and period you bought and is checked offline on your computer. Pricing, renewal and refunds will be shown at checkout before you pay.
